There isn't anything objectionable within FTP On The Go itself--but it allows access to the Internet, where just about anything can be found.

A change to Apple's rating policy means that any app that provides "Unfiltered Access to the Internet" must be rated 17+. This includes FTP On The Go, as well as Safari on the iPhone and other apps too. From a parental control viewpoint it makes sense. But it means this business tool must be rated 17+.

Nothing has changed within the FTP On The Go program, just the rating policy has changed.
