FTP On The Go 2.1 and higher can import and upload video if you have an iPhone 3GS.

With the iPhone 3.0 OS, the iPhone compresses and resizes video that is available to any app. FTP On The Go (or any app) can only get the video at 480x360 size.

With the iPhone 3.1 OS, some size choices have been added! FTP On The Go 2.1.1 and higher allow choosing the video size. 640x480, 480x360, 192x144 -- these are the sizes supported by the iPhone OS. The option is in the Settings tab, in the Miscellaneous section.
